Ideally, white truffle should be eaten raw, cut into thin slices or grated. Some chefs even go as far as to incorporate it into desserts: sabayon, ice cream, macaroon, chocolate éclairs …

Thus, we have developed this natural flavour so that you can enjoy all the organoleptic subtleties of white truffle, in almost any type of oil-soluble final application.
