Discover our vanilla flavour

Description:

Vanilla flavour is considered as one of the world’s top flavours. The taste of vanilla flavour is deeply rooted in our olfactory memory. It is also quite a versatile flavour as it can be used both in sweey and savoury dishes, though it is most commonly found in sweet food products.

Where does vanilla come from

Most vanilla beans available today come from Madagascar, Tahiti or Mexico. Vanilla flavour profile and characterics may differ depending on the growing regions and harvesting methods.

How to use vanilla flavour

Our vanilla flavour can be used to prepare a large number of gourmet recipes ranging from custard to macaroon, including ice cream, madeleines, or even cupcakes.

Vanilla flavour can easily be combined with other brown notes such as hazelnut, chocolate and coffee. But it can also pair well with all sorts of fruity notes, ranging from berries, citrus, orchard fruits and tropical fruits.
