Description:

Vanilla flavour is considered as one of the world’s top flavours. The taste of vanilla flavour is deeply rooted in our olfactory memory. It is also quite a versatile flavour as it can be used both in sweey and savoury dishes, though it is most commonly found in sweet food products.

Where does vanilla come from

Most vanilla beans available today come from Madagascar, Tahiti or Mexico. Vanilla flavour profile and characterics may differ depending on the growing regions and harvesting methods.
