Strawberry flavour profile & applications

Our natural flavour has a profile of ripe strawberry underlined by confectionery notes, perfectly suited for soft drinks, cocktails and ice creams.

You only need to add a few drops of this natural flavour to recreate the characteristic taste of strawberry.
