Over the last couple of years, hemp plant has become the star of food innovations: infusions, oils, sodas, energy drinks but also chocolates, cookies and confectionery. Highly prized for its environmental benefits, industrial hemp is a plant with multiple uses and virtues. High in protein, hemp seeds are notably used as a plant-based alternative to regular animal proteins.

Our hemp flavour (natural flavour) has a floral, hay and fruity profile quite typical of the plant. While hemp products and hemp oil are gaining momentum, we formulated this hemp flavour to fit perfectly into your future chocolate and sugar confectionery developments.
